1. About Fitreck

Fitreck is a free fitness and nutrition tracking platform operated by Hassaan Naeem. The platform provides workout tracking tools, diet plan resources, macro logging, and fitness articles for informational and educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fitreck. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account on Fitreck, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Choose a username that does not impersonate another person or entity
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at support@fitreck.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Fitreck is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Usernames

Usernames on Fitreck are unique identifiers. By choosing a username, you agree that:

• Your username does not violate any third-party rights
• Your username is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating
• Fitreck reserves the right to reclaim or remove usernames that violate these terms

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Fitreck does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content on the platform — including workout plans, diet plans, macro calculations, and fitness articles — is for general informational and educational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, diet, or making changes to your health routine. Fitreck is not responsible for any health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from use of the platform.

6. Accuracy of Nutritional Information

Nutritional values provided in the Fitreck diet tracker and diet plans are approximate averages based on standard food composition data. Actual values may vary depending on preparation method, portion size, brand, and individual food items. Fitreck does not guarantee the accuracy of any nutritional data.

7. User-Generated Data

Data you enter into Fitreck — including workout logs, meal entries, body stats, and preferences — is stored in your private Firebase account. You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the platform, you grant Fitreck a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Fitreck is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data you have entered.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fitreck to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Fitreck reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Fitreck — including but not limited to text, articles, diet plans, design, code, layout, graphics, and features — is the intellectual property of Fitreck unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Fitreck content without prior written permission.

The 54 diet plans, fitness articles, and workout data provided on the platform are original works created for Fitreck and are protected by copyright.

10. Third-Party Services

Fitreck uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication and data storage
• Google AdSense — advertising. Third-party advertisers may use cookies to serve personalised ads.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics
• Open Food Facts API — barcode scanning for food data (third-party data, accuracy not guaranteed)

Fitreck is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Advertising

Fitreck is a free platform supported by advertising revenue. By using Fitreck, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on the platform. Fitreck does not endorse any advertised products or services. Google AdSense may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised advertisements based on your interests.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data — including fitness records, meal logs, body stats, and preferences — will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitreck and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform
• Reliance on any information provided on the platform
• Injuries or health issues resulting from following workout or diet recommendations
• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Unauthorised access to your account

Fitreck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Changes to These Terms

Fitreck reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
